Conference Accommodation

As Cambridge is both an active university town as well as a popular tourist destination, accommodation in the city can be scarce and expensive, especially in the summer conference season. We strongly recommend booking ahead and teaming up with other attendees to reduce costs.
We have secured a number of rooms in various colleges which will be distributed on a first-come first-served basis upon payment. The options are below.
College Accomodations
King's College
Selwyn College
The rooms at Selwyn are can only be booked for the 14th-18th of July (checkout is morning of the 18th) through the HPS Department. To reserve, email the department at spsp2026@hps.cam.ac.uk. Rooms can only be reserved through full payment to the department (no cancellations).
10 twin ensuite bedrooms at Ann's Court (two single beds per room) at £150 per room per night. (£600 total)
20 single ensuite bedrooms at Cripps Court at £112.80 per room per night. (£451.20 total)
